Refunds and Exchanges

All tickets are non-refundable, excepting the official cancellation of a performance for which there is no rescheduled date by The James Theater, in which case funds will be credited back to the account of purchase. 

Tickets may be exchanged only in the circumstance of a multi-showing run, in which case tickets may be exchanged between same or lower-priced showings, seat availability permitting.

The goods and services sold on this website are valid only for use at The James Theater and are not transferable to other organizations. By using our website, you agree to not resell our tickets to any commercial extent or to any commercial entities unless those tickets are explicitly allocated for resale by The James Theater. 

The James may use your image or likeness as an audience-member or performer in any event produced by or performed at The James Theater for use by The James Theater in our internal and publicized media and materials. 

As an audience member, you assume all risk of injury at any event produced by or performed at The James Theater and you agree that the management, its agents, and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries occurring before, during, or after an event at The James Theater. 

No outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, or glass containers are allowed on premises without explicit permission by The James Theater. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or dangerous to themselves or others.
